Lake waterfront cottage with spectacular views of Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain The cottage is located right on the lake Champlain in Alburg Vermont. It only takes 45 min driving from Montreal and Burlington. The view is beautiful with breathtaking sunsets. The beach is sandy and very clean. It is a great fishing and swimming location. It is also a good place for walking and biking. You can use rowboat for fishing or sightseeing. The rowboat is available in the cottage. The cottage is close to village (5-10 min walking distance). Grocery, Laundromat, church and stores are in the village. Many activities are also available in the village or nearby towns or cities.

The cottage has three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed for two persons. It also has a living room and sunroom (with sofa bed, this cottage can accommodate up to eight persons). Kitchen has everything you need including microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove and oven. We also provide knives, forks, and plates for more than eight persons to use, and a set of linen for three bedrooms. Weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates are available.

- Take I-89 North, Exit 21 to Swanton
- Take 78 West
- Take RT 2 West to Alburg village
- Turn Left on Fire House Rd (next to Village Town Office and Fire Station)
- Turn Left again on the first dirt road (Kirk & Fitts N PVT)
- Go straight, the cottage is the cream color with red shutters.
- Take I-89 North at exit 17
- Take RT 2 all the way to Alburg (from Winooski -> Cochester -> Chimney Corner -> South Hero -> Grand Isle -> North Hero -> Alburg)
