Overview

Your hosts, Jen-Fu and Lucia Chiu, would like to welcome you to the Overlook Park Bed & Breakfast. The house is located across the street from the Overlook Park on Spear Street, South Burlington, Vermont. You can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains in the front and Camels Hump and Mount Mansfield at the back of the house.

Situated on 2 acres, the house is surrounded by beautiful perennial gardens in the front yard and a lovely Asian miniature garden in the back yard. You will experience colorful, breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from the house.

The house is decorated with art, Chinese paintings (by Lucia Chiu) and antiques with the taste of the Far East. All guest rooms have private baths and central air. Guest rooms with a fully equipped kitchenette are also available for extended stays. Guest can enjoy a recreation room with a ping-pong & mini pool table as well as exercise equipment. A healthy Vermont or Chinese country style breakfast is served in the formal dining room.
