This second floor bedroom has a king size two-poster bed; Oriental rug and art decorations; a private bathroom with 2 seperate showers inside the bedroom; a large walk-in closet; and air conditioning. The private balcony outside the sliding door offers the view of backyard with a lovely miniature Asian Garden and fruit trees.

Qing Dynasty Room

This second floor bedroom has a queen-size bed; Oriental rug and art decorations; central air; and a private bathroom outside the bedroom. The private balcony outside the sliding door offers the view of backyard with a lovely miniature Asian Garden and fruit trees.

Tang Dynasty Room

This first floor bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bath inside the bedroom, Oriental decorations, chest drawers and a matching dresser with mirror.

Entryway and Sunroom

When you arrive at the front door of the Overlook Park B & B, You will be greeted in the elegant foyer with a formal stairway leading to the main living room upstairs. Located adjacent to the stairway, is a bright sunroom where you can relax and enjoy the lake & mountain views.

There are two forty-foot long living rooms (one on each floor). Both living rooms are anchored by a grand brick fireplace, spectacular from floor to ceiling. The upstair living room is decorated with art, paintings and antiques from around the world. Through the atrium door to the front deck, you can overlook the entire Lake Champlain and Adirondack mountains with a view of the rock gardens and flowers in the front yard.

A formal dining area opens to the kitchen with granite counter top and hardwood flooring, framed by two custom designed pillars. A healthy Vermont or Chinese style breakfast is served here.
